Preparation, then plain X ray
Injection of urographin  ازاى و الجرعه   
The phases
Nephrographic phase : 3: 5 minutes
Pyelographic phase: 10: 15 minutes
Cystographic phase: 30 minutes

فكرة ال stone expulsive therapy  ان أحنا بندى حاجات تعمل relaxation of urter as alpha blocker & Ca channel blocker و فى نفس الوقت حاجات تقلل oedema as corticosteroid  قبالتالى نسهل نزول الحصوه

hydrocholorthiazide  نقصد يقلل reabsorpation of ca & Na  يعنى يقلل نزوله فى ال urine

D.D. of filling defect is blood clot & tumour & stricture

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته
 
السؤال ده جالنا السنة ده بالضبط و ناس كتيرة نسيت حاجات مهمة كانت مطلوبة فى الإجابة و خصوصاً إنه كان عاوز الـ stone فى الـ lower third
و كان ورقة تانية اخر السنة و كان عليها حوالى 17 درجة
